As part of the first World Yoga Day, ‘SHWAASA’ ashram is organizing one of the biggest celebrations in Bangalore on June 21, which aiming to emphasis the need for yoga practice for a healthy and holistic lifestyle.
Yoga will helps to slow down the ageing process. Thus, in order to promote the multiple therapeutic benefits of yoga, the SHWAASA is organizing the event.
Chief Minister Siddaramaiah would inaugurate the much awaited program at Sri Kanteerava Indoor Stadium at 7.30 a.m.
‘Yoga Guru’ Swami Vachanananda of SHWAASA will explain the importance and principles of yoga, while Minister for Haj, Infrastructure and Information, R. Roshan Baig would inaugurate the program.
